FAQs

SimpleEcare strives to provide affordable, convenient telehealth services for your entire family. Telehealth services are still fairly new and we know you may have questions. Please, review our frequently asked questions below. If you don't find the answers you're looking for please don't hesitate to contact us and one of our providers will respond promptly to your request.

Can I use my insurance/Do I need insurance?

No.  We offer discounted visit rates in comparison to copays and in person visit fees to help with both convenience and affordable health care.

You can use your insurance for any prescriptions written.  You can request and invoice for your service.

Can you see me for my regular primary care?

No.  This is to help provide basic urgent care visits to give people the ability to skip the germs and waits at the urgent cares and ERs and to help get people care, after hours or when not able to get to a clinic.  We can do short term refills of your chronic medications if the provider if comfortable and it is not controlled.

What if I want to be seen for something not on the list?

You can use the contact us form and send a message asking about your condition, or create an account on the app and message us.

What if I start a visit and the provider does not feel they can take care of me?

If you and the provider have an interaction but then after obtaining important information, decides that you need to seek other care, they will give you that recommendation.

Is this ONLY medical advice?

No.  Actually, you can have an entire visit, just as you would if you went to the clinic to include diagnosis, education, recommendations and even prescriptions if appropriate.

Do you see children?

We can see children, however, it may depend on what is going on with the child, how old they are, and the information that provider can obtain.  If you are not sure, it is best to send a message or create an account and discuss with the provider and they can let you know if they will be able to perform the visit appropriately.  Things like rashes/skin issues, colds, upset stomachs, fevers will all most likely be able to be seen.
